Privacy notice

We believe privacy information should be understandable. This notice explains how ZYPPEL LLC handles personal information when you visit this website or contact us.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

01

Scope

This notice applies to personal information handled through the ZYPPEL LLC website and related business communications. It does not govern a third party’s website, service, or privacy practices, including websites linked from this site. We encourage you to review the privacy notice of any third-party service you use.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, request information, or discuss a potential engagement, you may provide your name, business email address, company, market of interest, project details, and other information included in your message. Please do not send patient information, protected health information, sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential device records through the website inquiry form.

Information collected automatically

When the site is hosted publicly, the hosting provider may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, date and time, and diagnostic or security logs. ZYPPEL does not currently use this prototype for behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking.

03

How we use information

We may use personal information to respond to inquiries; evaluate and provide requested services; manage client and partner relationships; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website; prevent misuse or fraud; comply with legal obligations; establish or defend legal claims; and maintain appropriate business records.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on your request or consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, or our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our business.

04

How we share information

ZYPPEL does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to vendors that support website hosting, email, security, professional advice, or business operations; to professional advisers; to authorities when required by law; or in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business.

We may also share information with a regulatory or technical partner when you ask us to coordinate that work, when it is reasonably necessary to evaluate or deliver the requested service, or with your direction. Service providers and partners are expected to handle information only for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate obligations.

05

Cookies and website data

This prototype does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical storage may be used by a future hosting, security, or form provider to deliver the site, remember a necessary preference, or protect the service. If ZYPPEL later adds nonessential analytics or similar technology, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before deployment.

You can adjust browser settings to limit cookies or delete stored data. Blocking essential technology may affect website functionality.

06

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining business and legal records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary according to the information, relationship, and applicable requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Website inquiries are transmitted over HTTPS through a third-party form-delivery provider and delivered to ZYPPEL by email; that provider’s handling is also governed by its terms and privacy practices.

07

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited information where required or permitted by law.

To make a privacy request, email info@zyppel.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You may also have the right to contact an appropriate privacy or data-protection authority.

08

If you contact us from another country, your information may be transferred to and handled in the United States or other locations where ZYPPEL, its service providers, or engagement partners operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be used.

09

This website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address the matter.
